Exploring the Exciting World of AI Advancements
I'd like to highlight a few areas where AI has made significant strides recently: AI-powered NLP models have made impressive advancements in understanding and generating human-like text. AI algorithms are now able to analyze and interpret visual data with exceptional accuracy. Deep learning models, powered by neural networks, have achieved remarkable breakthroughs in areas such as image recognition, speech synthesis, and even game playing. With the ability to learn and improve through trial and error, reinforcement learning has shown incredible promise in areas like robotics, autonomous systems, and game playing.

I have periods where I am scared and other periods where I don't think it will be as bad as everyone says. We are at the very beginning of the revolution. Like maybe being alive in the 1770s at the dawn of the industrial revolution. Back then no one could envision how life might change for them and how society did eventually change. And like them we aren't even in the generation that will see the real changes, that will be our kids and grandkids.

And yet in the area of AutoCAD Customization with the AutoLisp programming language, it is really bad, so far, except perhaps for the very simplest tasks. I suppose it will improve over time, but currently we see AutoLisp routines generated by ChatGPT that are laughable. It invents functions that don't exist, assumes code structures that belong in other programming languages entirely, gives incorrect arguments to functions, etc. I hope it will do better for our children and grandchildren....
