It is not "U+2084" but "\U+2084". See also:

When I add \ and finish editing the text, it disappears. What should I do?

Yes, it should disappear and the subscript "1" should appear. If it doesn't (and you see just an empty rectangle or nothing), you probably don't have the right font. Choose Times New Roman for your current font style (in the STYLE command or font in the MText editor).

The subscript I'm doing is 4. When I enter the Unicode of subscript of 4 after the "x" letter, it disappears. It doesn't display the subscript of number 4. And the font I use is Times New Roman. What should I do to make it appears?

Probably a font issue (try a different one) - this is what you see with a full Unicode font (white) and with an incomplete one (blue):

Yes, the blue one is same of what I'm experiencing. Is there any solutions for this problem? I don't want to use another font than Times New Roman.

My Times New Roman (times.ttf) is 1.2MB long, version 7.0, installed probably as a part of MS Office 365, under Win10. But it should be included in Win10:

Why the subscript of 4 of mine get italic too? What I want is the x and y is the one that italic, the subscript of 4 is not italic.

The italic style cannot be set/reset just for the index. Resp. it can but not through the standard MText UI.
