Workspace not saving on Exit

Hi all
I have a user who's workspace returns to the default every time he loads Civil 3D, so now he has saved a workspace and on starting loads this workspace. Does anybody know why his workspace is not saved on exit. Regard Philip |

Is the WSSETTINGS command set to saving changes?

My understanding is that WSSETTINGS is used to save changes when changing from one workspace to another.
