Hello,
 
I would like to know if there in a way to use LiveLabel utility in cad 2011 or is there any other way to use that kind of commands withuout this plugin (dynamic link polyline area with attribute or dimensiones)?

I think LiveLabel would work in AutoCAD 2011.  To my knowledge this type of feature is not standard in AutoCAD and could only be added as a result of custom programming using lisp or VBA.  If you are looking for something similar, that is free, you could try searching the Cad Tips section of Cadalyst magazine online or both of the following AutoCAD Help forums: "The Swamp" and "CADTutor".  Given the level of sophistication of LiveLabel don't expect to get something for nothing.  It's a very good add-on and whoever the programmer was deserves not only some credit but some reimbursement for his time and effort in my opinion.  Sometimes quality costs you.
