Hello,

Does anyone know the best way to convert .drg files to a file format which AutoCAD can read (.DXF, .DWG)? P.s. i still need the functionality to edit the drawings when needed.

When I export from Radan it uses only one pen colour in the DXF, and not the colours set in the Radan drawing.

Thanks,

I don't know of any DRG -to-DWG converters.

Why must you edit the drawings in a different program?

Radraft creates the DRG files, and we are replacing Radraft with AutoCAD.
AutoCAD cannot open DRG files and we want to convert all the files to an AutoCAD file type so we can use them.
A user may open up one of the old drawings and want to change a piece of text or something like that.

And you cannot use a DXF because of the one pen colour as you mentioned.  Seems like you are stuck.
