What kind of data is it exactly? Might it be X, Y and Z coordinates? Or could it be data stored as attributes? We need more detail.

Dear Mr. C,
Thanks for your response. The data is of two types i.e. one is point data containing x,y & z coordinates and other is line types data also having x,y, & z coordinates.

You can do this quite simply with a data extraction. You can extract the date to a table in the drawing, or to an external .xls, .mdb, .csv, or .txt file.
Explore the DATAEXTRACTION command.

To be honest I do not know the exact process.But if you really need that you can try some professional data conversion service.As the data is sensitive you should take a great care to do such thing.
