Is that because you don't know how to?  See these two icons:
Or is it because of copyright or other restrictions?  If so, can you show us something generic [pulled out from any specific project]?
 
If there's some other reason, then I think a much more detailed description is needed.  What is a "coordinated frame"?  If it's around something defined by a rectangle, what does it need that OFFSET won't accomplish?  Etc., etc.
