Afternoon all,

I am after a bit of advice if possible please.

I will start of by saying that I am a complete CAD novice. I am a Plumber by trade & get asked quite allot to quote a bathroom/kitchen from scratch.

Can any of you knowledgeable people suggest a "basic" kitchen/bathroom design package that I could use that is both user friendly, quick and easy, and not going to break the bank to purchase!?

I appreciate you guys and girls may be experts in this field & have taken years to perfect your skills, but as stated above I am a complete novice hence some advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

Dan

Are you looking for 2D floorplans, elevations or 3D?

hi Robert_D, thanks for your reply.

I am looking for a 3d type of design package that also gives me the am option to show a birds eye view of the floor plan if possible!?

I am thinking something along the lines of the same kind of package a DIY store would use!?

Google CAD 3d kitchen bath design software (or similar)
There are many others, and I'm sure others here will chime in with suggestions.

fantastic. Thank you for your help, really appreciate it.

I did purchase a package once upon a time from fleebay but to be honest, by the time I had finished working out how to use it & then designing the bathroom, I had it fitted and was on the next one!!!

Someone once suggested smartdraw 3d.....is this anygood do you know!!?
