No, it cannot.  However AutoDesk Inventor can.

Sungik, AutoCAD doesn't calculate weights but if you do a REGION it calculates the surface of a 2D closed geometry with the command LIST or if you open the properties palette, if you do a 3D volume then it will calculate the volume of it with the command MASSPROP ( open the help with F1 to understand the meaning of the informations given), you can copy the text that's opened in your F2 panel and clip it on a multiline text).
If you know the density of your material you will know the weight.
I have taken a look at your DWG file flattv.dwg and it seems that you ain't got no problem at all with 3D!!!
