This past weekend I spend some time underwater scuba diving and picking up debris in the small Spanish Oaks Reservoir. The water ranged from 48-52 degrees Fahrenheit. I was fine scuba diving in a 7mm wetsuit with a hood and gloves except my face which felt like I was eating ice cream too fast and getting brain freezes for the first couple minutes. I found several plastic bottles and bags as well as a aluminum boat oar and what appeared...
