Since there is no GRAPH command in AutoCAD you would have to get creative.

You might draw a grid and save it as a block for starters.  Then when inserted, if need be, you could change the scale of the grid in both or either of the X / Y directions.

What does your question have to do with the subject of this thread?  It is considered impolite to hijack a thread started by another person.
