Can't imagine how you could have a problem like that. Circle command and the M2P command modifier to locate the circle exactly in the center of the base and you're done. Do the same for the top circle then use the LOFT command and pick the two circles. Hi John I managed to get the drawing right as per your instructions. I've done the flatshot I just can't get the coordinates right to rotate it to the 3D drawing ------------- sean |

Flatshot does not convert anything and it is not the only method for extracting 2D views from 3D models.
