Hi!

I am trying to write an equation in AutoCAD2013, but I cannot write a superscript in a stack.

I need to write 1/x^2 in a stack and a number 2 needs to be superscript on x.

Can anyone help me?
Thanks!
Jan

In MTEXT type in the following....

1/x2^

Do not exit MTEXT.

Highlight the 2^ and on the fly out menu find and click on the word Stack.

That should solve your problem.

This put my 2 superscript on x, but now I need 1/x^2 written as a fraction.
How do I do that?
Thanks

I doubt this can be done in a stack as a stack itself is constructed as a superscript and subscript. But you can still use the "2" and "3" superscripts as Unicode characters (see Charmap).

Funny.  You failed to mention that in your original post.  As far as I know you can't do that.  You'll have to fake it.
