Senior Principal Research Scientist, Tovi Grossman, recently welcomed Jarrod Knibbe to the User Interface Research Group. Jarrod will be working with us as a research intern for the summer. He is a PhD student at the University of Bristol, UK. I can certainy imagine filling bubbles with different scents and launching them in the directions of rooms where I want to create specific moods. Imagine replacing doorbells with bubbles whose scent lets the hearing impaired know when someone is at the front door.

Bubbles are alive in the lab.
