What setting allows you to pick a solid behind another solid?

If you can put the Pickbox at a place at which either [or any of more than two] object(s) can be selected, hold down the Control key and pick repeatedly, and it will cycle through all objects selectable at that location.  When you see the one you want highlighted, hit Enter/space and it will be selected.
