desire or copy paste or insert a rectangle and give the same steps, and keep fins fixed dimensions, the only dimension that would exchange along the fin.
is for sheet metal.

Difficult to know exactly what you are looking for. Is it a dynamic block of some type?
What are you drawing? Is it a louver?
Would the drawing units be imperial or metric?
What standard sizes would be used for the rectangles?
What standard sizes would be used for the fins?
Can you supply an image or a drawing file?
What program will this drawing be used in? AutoCAD? Inventor? Other?
Why do people ask such vague questions and/or refuse to supply all the necessary details forcing us to ask half a dozen follow up questions of our own?
