Blocks could not be exploded???

anyone have any solution to xplode blocks

In newer versions of AutoCAD they can be defined to either allow Exploding or not.  [Likewise to use only uniform Scaling or not.]  Make sure when you define the Block that you check that it's set to allow Exploding.
