I am developing a software for electrical switchboards.
My requirement is
1. All Inputs will be in Excel Table format
2. Output should be Auto cad or PDF format.
Based upon the bill of material of the panel in excel i should be able to prepare the general arrangement drawing.
Please help.

What type of help do you need specifically?
How would your software be different from AutoCAD Electrical?

I am preparing Bill of Material in Excel
On the basis of BOM it should generate The General arrangement drawing in Auto cad
Necessary information such as
1. Width of Incomer
2. Height
3. Depth
4. Size of each Compartment
is ready in Excel.

There is a YouTube video by Paul Sampson about how to draw windows and doors using Excel data. No matter what you are drawing the same method should work. Unfortunately, at this time, I am unable to post a link to the video but it should be easy to find using a search based on the following...
