I have changed the keyboard short cuts as I would like them, and as described on this forum. However, when I attempt to save it, it will not let me. ACCESS DENIED.. is there a work around?

Could it be that you do not have admin privileges?

possibly, but I am the only one using this computer etc... how would I find out who does have admin priv
could it be a read only file? where do I find it on system?
