Wall command stopped working

Subject: Wall command stopped working

I'm working in simple plan file. Been working in it for a few weeks. All of a sudden when I click on wall in tool palette the WallAdd command appears but I can not draw a wall. When I click to draw a wall I get along the bottom in the prompt line "Specify opposite corner of [Fence WPolygon Cpolygon]"
All my other tools work such as lines, electrical symbols, lights, etc.
This is second time this has happened to me this week. Last tie I ended up doing a reinstall. Do not want to have to keep doing that and remaking toll palettes.
Ideas what is causing this?
