Hi all,

I am having a real problem with AutoCAD LT 2000i. Either shortly after starting AutoCAD, or when opening a file I get the message:

FATAL ERROR
Unhandled access violation reading 0x50d1760. Exception at 654fc817h

The program then closes.
I have noticed that while the first number in the dialogue box (0x50d1760) changes each time, e.g. 0x36b8b7c or 0x4588ccc, the second number (654fc817h) remains constant.
I don't think the problem is caused by a corrupt file, as this has happened with a number of different files I have opened and attempted to work on today.

I should also mention that when AutoCAD is starting a small dialogue box appears saying:

Failed to update the system registry. Please try using REGEDIT.

There is an OK button in the box, and it goes away after AutoCAD is up and running.

Any help / suggestions would be VERY appreciated.

It is problem about your system registries is clear.
Use any program about cleaning and repair registries or reinstall again but before delete old registries.
