Hello ktahameed, to mirror a text you have to set MIRRTEXT to (1).
To mirror a text inside a block : double clic on the block or REFEDIT it and then lauch the command MIRROR on the text.
See also the tip N° 1451 right here under : how to mirror a block ...........

You want to use the same block twice in one drawing but in one of those instances you what the attribute text in the block to be mirrored?

There are discussions of this same question over at the Autodesk User Forums, for example http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/visual-lisp-autolisp-and-general/not-mirror-block-text-only-attribute/m-p/1999463/highlight/true#M241610" rel="nofollow - here .  Do a Search there to find others.
