I am currently running auto cad 2015 and the issue I'm having is the object properties window will not come up.
The only time it comes up is when i open an objects properties and hit ESC on my keyboard.(i.e. drew a straight poly-line and right-clicked->properties->NOTHING-> hit ESC->appears!)

How can i get auto cad to display the object properties without having to hit esc?

Troubleshooting steps done,

-Re-installing multiple of times
-turning on/off noun/verb selection
-changing pickfirst values 0 or 1

Did you happen to use a Registry cleaner by any chance?

Did you recently uninstall AutoCAD 360?

Have you been doing an customizations to the CUI?

BTW...if PICKFIRST were set to "0" and you select the line then right-click "Properties" would not be listed on the fly out menu if I recall correctly.  One other thing.  I usually recommend trying a repair of a system first rather than going nuclear and doing an uninstall / reinstall.  If you do a uninstall/reinstall there is a recommended procedure published by AutoDesk that ensures you'll end up with a clean install environment.  It is posted at their website.

When I first installed AUTOCAD 2015 i did not install AUTOCAD 360 and I did use a registry cleaner.
After re-installing, i included 360 in the installation hoping that would've fixed the problem. However, no luck and I have not done any customization to the CUI but I reset the ACA.CUIX any ways.

when i performed the uninstall i used a program called revo uninstaller.

As far as I know AutoDesk does not recommend the use of an uninstaller program when one is attempting to prepare their system for a clean install of AutoCAD.

Are you using any custom lisp programs?

I was unaware there was a proper uninstall procedure. I just took autocad like any other noraml program for uninstalling.

And no, i am not using any custom lisp programs. At least, not that I am aware of. How can I check to be certain?

If AutoCAD was normal we would not be having this conversation.

If you have to ask the question re: using custom lisp programs then most likely you aren't.  Do you make use of the Startup Suite?  Are you familiar with the Appload command?  Do you routinely trade drawings with an outside (foreign) company?

No, i do not make use of the startup suite. 

I am not familiar with the appload command.

I do not trade drawings with a foreign company. All drawings are internal use.

Then I guess a poorly written or rogue lisp routine is not the culprit.  Good news for you anyway.
