Hello shibinbright, your calculator works apparently correctly.
 
Maybe you should add a little drawing for each pannel.
For example in the pannel : Slope I gradient, the distance is the HORIZONTAL DISTANCE and not the distance along the slope.
 
As I'm working 95% of my time on AutoCAD I use the block shown in the file uploaded.
I do the blocks on the 3D wireframe of the project and then use them in every file ( assembly, sub-assembly, details, etc...).
Eventually see my file FEET-METERS.dwg in the CAD/BIM Blocks library here in the site.
