Does anyone know if my 2D Tools in AutoCAD 2004 Full Version operating in XP, be used with AutoCAD LT 2016 operating in Windows 7 Pro?

What 2D tools?  The OS that AutoCAD is running on has no bearing on the question.

Thank you for responding, John.   The Question was poorly worded.  It was my first time on a forum.
My Question is  - Since the AutoCAD 2004 has a problem operating in Windows 7 (Double Cursers, etc),
and the New 2016 AutoCAD LT that i'm considering buying, requires Windows 7 or later.  Can I use my
"Express" tool to wrap text around a curve, using my 204 version,  although the LT program does not
have any such "Express Tools" as stated in the AutoCAD LT description ?    -   OZZY

No you cannot.  Why?  Because LT does not support the use of lisp unless an add-on is purchased separately.  The add-on is not produced by AutoDesk.

A link to the add-on program....http://www.cadsta.com/

Thank you again.  It's really nice to find someone who can give a straight answer!

I would suggest "alternative" CAD programs (at much less $ than AutoCAD LT).
ZWCad, Graebert Ares Commander, BricsCAD (to name a few) all support lisp.
(BricsCAD has available Express Tools)

I think he already made his choice.
