Hello everyone.

I'm new to this so if i do something wrong - please forgive me.

I ow a fabrication shop and we build stainless steel process vessels. I have diversified into the fire fighting industry and i am still busy with researching all the relevant legislation (a cathedral full) and requirements for each application.

I must now fabricate a 15,000 L Emulsion tank for a client in Mauritius and i have no clue what to quote even.

Does anyone have a fabrication drawing of such tank / vessel - can be smaller or bigger in volume?

Much appreciated.

I don't understand something.  If you own a fabrication shop and you are being asked to fabricate a 15,000 L tank why would you have trouble quoting a price?  What is different about this tank compared to others you have fabricated?

My point exactly John Connor!

The client supplies the parameters of the requirement but i am responsible for the working operation of the tank. I wanted to see if anyone has a detail perhaps in order to compare as supposed to me driving around looking for one and then studying it. You've heard the expression... time is money?!

Not to worry. Got what i needed. Quoted.
