What is the future of autolisp, did autodesk will continue the support autolisp or it is fading away?
Thanks.

I doubt that autolisp is going away any time soon.

AutoLISP (VisualLISP) is - and will be - the easiest way to make smaller utilities and add-ons for AutoCAD. To develop more advanced design automation tools and larger development projects, I would recommend one of the .NET tools (VB.Net, C#, etc.).

HI,

Half of the Acad express menu and even the standard acad menu file contains lisp.
So i think it will not disappear at all.
Regarding the programming i completely agree with Vladimir Wink.

A more likely scenario for an AutoLisp disappearance would be a shear-grade (combination upgrade and crossgrade, AutoCAD -> Inventor, AutoCAD ->  Revit, etc.).  The .NET variants are more comprehensive.
