While recently working on a .dwg on my autocad mep 2013 I got a fatal error message: Unhandled access violation reading 0x0010 exception at ec45af2dh and now it does this every time I try to open the program how can I fix this.

Did you try researching the particular error message at the AutoDesk website?

Since the problem happens every time you open AutoCAD MEP then you might try to reset settings to their default via Windows Start > All Programs or doing a REPAIR of the installation.
