Hi guys,
I need to calculate an excavation volume of 2 ditches. I have footprints of both, I know the side slope (let's say 1:1) and I do have the OG surface to grade to. The issue is that the footprints converge so in the beginning there are 2 separate ditches daylighting at the OG but as they get closer to each other at one point the daylight lines intersect and since then the ditches do not daylight to the OG but create a "wedge" between the 2 footprints top of which is below the OG. Hopefully you can understand what I mean. Does someone know how to set the grading criteria to do that ? Or any other way around to be able to calculate tho correct volume ? Thanks a lot.
