I am using Autocad 2013 in these two files in Block Refrence text is going out of box (check pic in Black background) but in my laptop same file same version and same fonts it is ok. Why this problem is coming in my desktop. My Diplay resolutin is 100% all fonts are also copied in fonts folder like as in my laptop.

Have you tried typing the command attsync? Maybe the block on your laptop is slightly different..
