What kinds of file sizes are you seeing?

Why are your files so large?

Are there any .DGN files (ex. - linetypes) used in your drawings?

Are you inserting images?

Are you using xrefs?

What are your hardware specs?

Are you running an anti-virus program?  If so, which one?

Have you run the Overkill, -Purge (Regapps), -Purge (All) and Audit commands on the files?

Please answer ALL of the above questions.  No answers = no help.  We need complete information in order to diagnose the cause of the problem.

Thank you.

Either you figured out what the problem was or you gave up.  Which is it?

And why would that make any difference?  Please explain the reasoning behind that statement.
