I hear that patout.pat Will help for this But I don't know how we use it.

And what exactly is patout.pat? It's not a lisp program and the .pat file extension would make it seem to be a file containing pre-made hatch patterns.
Ralph Grabowski wrote a couple of good articles for his eZine about creating custom hatch patterns. Find them and start reading/practicing. Also, look at some of the hatch pattern file descriptions in AutoCAD when you do so you'll understand better what goes into creating custom patterns. Another option would be to explore the SuperHatch command found in full AutoCAD.

- 1)If you aren’t adding patterns to acad.pat or acadlt.pat, you can put only one hatch pattern in a custom .pat file; the filename and pattern name must be the same
- 2)You can insert comments in your .pat file after a semicolon
- 3)You must press Enter after the end of the last line of the hatch definition

But first you have to create the hatch pattern which can be a task for someone who has never done it before.
BTW...
PatOut.lsp (not Patout.pat) which can be downloaded from this website, exports the hatch pattern definition back to a .PAT file for hatches that are not standard to AutoCAD.
