I intent to purchase design software, which is the better one.
 
1.) Solidwork
2.) Autodesk
3.) Microstation
4.) Intergrahp

AutoDesk is a company not a program.  Could you be referring to AutoCAD?

Your choice in software will depend on what you are going to use it for.  Want to give us a hint or shall we just start guessing?
