There are many websites one can visit to learn about lisp.  For example...

http://www.afralisp.net/autolisp/tutorials/the-basics-part-1.php

http://ronleigh.com/autolisp/

http://www.jefferypsanders.com/autolisp.html

Last time I looked I had over two dozen such websites bookmarked.  I'm sure you can find others all on your own if you put your mind to it.

What exactly is it that you want to do?

One way to increase your knowledge of lisp is to look at the code that goes into making up your favorite, most often used, lisp routines.  As with anything AutoCAD related there are many ways to solve a problem using lisp.
