I am a steel detailer and one of my duties is to draw "to scale" 2D structure erection drawings. I am trying to develop a dynamic block of a 2x2x1/4 angle with a hole at each end. 

The attached drawing has 2 blocks, block "A" and block "B" each has 4 visibility states. Block "A" works great, all you do is grab the grip on the right hole and stretch it to the position you need, everything rotates and stretches correctly but it lacks the ability to adjust the end distances or the gage of the angle.

Block "B" is my attempt to add those features, but I can't seem to get the linear stretch and move actions to chain properly with the polar stretch. Help!
