Any tips on how to relocate my Quick Prop panel.  I assume it is "off screen" - but how do I grab it and pull back to screen?

Minimize AutoCAD.  QP is probably behind it.

try command button Windows+M or D

Hi
 
Type ctrl + shift + P (variable should be set to -1) or Type DS (drafting settings) --> tab quick properties --> palette Display --> All objects
