Hi, When I converted a dwg to pdf (with pdfmaker in autocad) I lose the picture. I did a lot of testing and nothing works.(Reduce the image quality etc.) Only when I use "export" in pdf I RECOVERED my picture but I lost my hyperlinks.  I need in my final PDF , layer, hyperlink and pictures. Can you help me ? thanks

thank you for your participation, but I am forced to usePDF It is used for making available plans for common users in an archiving system. This archiving system to use only the PDF as viewformat (system used by all the group across europe). Everything worked fine with my old PC with Windows XP. |

I'm not a computer engineer, just a common user of software, but the OS is a data that could explain it. I used Acrobat pro and AutoCAD 2010 on XP, and now with windows 7 is acrobat DC and autocad 2014. In any case it should work !! either XP or windows 7 !! |

Well I just ran a test creating a PDF from within AutoCAD of a drawing that contains a picture and a hyperlink to an Excel spreadsheet. When the PDF opened the picture was there and the hyperlink worked. I'm running AutoCAD 2017 on a computer that uses Windows 7 Pro as the OS. So, one of two things is happening. Either you are doing something wrong and don't realize it or the problem lies with Acrobat. The problem isn't AutoCAD or the OS. ------------- "Humans have a strength that cannot be measured. You want the OP to rummage through 538 pages of a PDF document to find the answer to his problem? Maybe you could narrow it down for him? A search with "hyperlink" narrows it down John, then some settings for export to pdf with hyperlink wil show.It is the closest i can get because we dont'use pdfmaker. Therefore i can't look up the settings. And my feeling says it is a pdfmaker setting
