Curious....what is a "welfare" cabin and what is a "CDM" drawing?  Not everyone who visits here is from the UK.

Never mind.  I found what I was looking for.

Judging from what I've seen the drawings you are looking for would not be difficult or too time consuming to produce.  Depending on the program you are using it might even be possible to download a PDF, import it, then trace right over it or even convert the PDF to a DWG file.

Apologies,

Site welfare - construction site cabins

CDM - Construction Design and management regulations - drawing required to show the site set up

Like I said, it wouldn't take much to create them.  As far as I can tell no one here has uploaded any blocks that would be pertinent to what you asked.  A quick Internet search on "welfare cabin"+""uk" turned up a few PDF files but no real CAD drawings so basically you're hoping someone here has done such type drawings and will hand them over to you 1) in a .dwg format and 2) do it for free.  I'd seriously consider starting the task of drawing them yourself.

If the welfare cabins are being rented/leased and not actually constructed try contacting one or more of the companies that build the structures and inquire as to whether they can provide you with a suitable cad drawing.  Tell them you are specifically interested in using/specing their product and it would be "most" helpful if they could provide what you seek.  Who knows, maybe they'll feel generous enough to comply.

Per John's suggestion; Google is your friend.
A quick search and pdf to dwg conversion:
