I want to move the ellipse, or a curved spline to be tangent to the straight line, in this case. Is there a way?
If i drew the shortest vertical line between them...
How do i insert here an image? i took this line from Excel hyperlink but it doesn't work
I use 2006 and 2013

You may try the MoveTill utility (iterative). For images, use the full Reply with image upload.
