Hi, It states that this GEOREFIMG utility is only for AutoCAD 2005-2007. What do I do if I need to used it now and as you know I am unable to buy AutoCAD 2005-2007?

You can use Xanadu GeorefImg also in newer AutoCAD versions. See http://www.xanadu.cz/en/develop.asp - www.xanadu.cz/en/develop.asp
