Anybody have acad block for telescopic excavator?

Have you looked right here?  Pick on CAD/BIM Blocks at left, and put EXCAVATOR in the Search window -- there are a bunch of them, but you'll have to review to see whether any are the kind you're looking for.
 
There are lots of other places you can look -- do a web search for FREE CAD BLOCKS or similar wording.
