I HAVE DOUBT ABOUT AUTOCAD LT IS THERE POSSIBLE TO MAKE A 3D IN AUTOCAD LT 2017 VERSION

Not true 3D; more like 2.5D. If you are sticking with an AutoDesk product use either full AutoCAD or Inventor.

i tried more times to using 3d but its not shown also i searched in internet it's shown in AUTOCAD LT17 that features is not available

And now you know why I called it 2.5D and recommended FULL AutoCAD. LT has never had full 3D capability.
