CAD 2018:

When I try to use the layer controls in either the flip down or the manager - they don't work.

It typically works to freeze the layer in my viewport, but will not allow me to thaw it again.  I get "invalid keyword option" .
Also, colors will not change (even if I select more than one layer)

Doesn't seem to matter if I have the viewport locked or not.

I end up having to erase the viewport and make a whole new one....

Anyone else having this issue?
