please help

after i format my HDD and change partition i use recovery file .Auto cad file no open (drawing file not valid)

Download DWG Trueview (free) from the AutoDesk website and see if you can open the file.  If you can then it can be saved to a file format that will work with the version of AutoCAD you are running.
