Did you try disabling Plot object lineweights in the plot dialog box?

| That could be a result of object lineweight as already suggested, or it could be in the lineweight entries in the pen assignments in the Plot style table [edit button in upper right corner in Plot dialog box]. Pen assignments would also be able to explain the color difference between the hard hat and the rest, which object lineweight would not, assuming it is drawn in a different but similar-looking color from the rest [color 1 vs. color 10, for example]. |
