  • Output is scaled to a smaller page size and will not retain the page setting selected in page setup.
  • Output is shifted to the lower left instead of being properly centered on the page.

Hi, i had experienced this issue for many time. The solution was to uninstall and the install the printer drivers. Make sure that you turn off the printer during the install.
