I already follow the step mentioned on above link (run as administrator) before I posted my question here but it still doesn't work. Any other method?

Not that I am aware of other than a complete and thorough uninstall and a reinstall. Once again there is a defined procedure to follow posted at the AD website. Follow it. Next time you have a problem please tell us what steps you have already taken to try and solve it so we don't waste each other's time. Thank you.
