I have 2 half-decent computers in the office, 1 opens AutoCAD in 18s, the other in 44s.
OK one was relatively new, the other had some apps installed (inc Revit), but go with me... The specs: Microsoft Surface Book 2 Dell

These are not perfectly accurate timings, but as a basic indicator of performance actually _doing_ what we do all day, it threw up a surprise (to me) in how slow one was opening AutoCAD compared to the other.
Note: we have another laptop to throw into the mix, which is older and much less spec'd, which performs similarly to PC2 above when opening AutoCAD:
