Example:
*TRACKS,Tracks -|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-
A,.15,[TRACK1,ltypeshp.shx,s=.25],.15

What is "track1" where its definite??  What is "A,.15"??

See the Customization Guide.

TRACK1 has to be defined in the LTYPESHP.SHP file and this file has to be compiled into to the SHX file.

These are vector codes defining the geometry of the particular shape. You can encode them manually (see the Customization Guide) or use the drawing geometry converted with the [CMD]MKSHAPE[/CMD] Express Tool.
