This very website has examples of at least some of those things -- do some Searching: Manufacturers often have Blocks available on their websites, though mostly for things that will end up as part of the finished product (building, etc.), such as windows, or that can be used for pretty-picture renderings, such as furniture, appliances -- maybe not so much for the kinds of things you're looking for.
